Our priority is customer satisfaction. To achieve this, we understand the importance of being available and responding to all requests.

Therefore, we will be present at the guardhouse from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., to meet your needs and assist with departures.

The classification of furnished tourist accommodations


  • Air Conditioning: All rooms are air-conditioned, including in the studios. In the Cascade, there is also a fan in the living area.
  • WiFi: Available in each cottage.
  • Flat Screen TV: WiFi-connected with Netflix and Disney+ in the studios and the living area of the Cascade.
  • Bedding: High-quality bedding in studios and rooms are sized 160/200. The sofa bed in the living area is 140/190.
  • House Linen: Necessary linens provided (sheets, duvet, throws, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels).
  • Cleaning Supplies: Includes sponge, paper towels, cleaning products, broom, mop, etc.
  • Baby Essentials: Available upon request.
  • No Smoking: Inside the bungalows.
  • Pets: Allowed (€50.00/animal/stay).
  • Beach Towel Rental: (€5.00/day).

End-of-stay cleaning is a set fee and payable in advance. We provide, upon request, all the necessary baby equipment (crib, infant carrier, car seat, high chair, bathtub...).

*Pool and garden maintenance will be carried out according to a pre-established schedule, which will be provided to tenants upon arrival for their information.

A price list for additional services (beach towel rental, concierge, snorkel gear rental, laundry service, etc.) will be provided to clients upon reservation request to prepare a personalized quote. The number of services and the amount will be defined in the contract according to the client's needs.

Each cottage includes :

  • House Rules: Outlining the main rules of the accommodation.
  • Binder: With descriptions of the cottages, sheets, and brochures of our partners, activities, a list of emergency numbers, and infrastructure.
  • Maintenance Booklet: Containing all the maintenance logs and manuals of the equipment provided for safe and lasting use (washing machine, TV, stereo system, jacuzzi...).
  • Board Games: Including cards, dice, dominoes.
